Code for design of low voltage electrical installationsgb 50054.95 editor in Chief Department: Ministry of machinery industry of the people's Republic of China approval department: Ministry of construction of the people's Republic of China implementation date: June 1, 1996 China Planning Press 1995 Beijing notice on the release of the national standard code for design of low voltage electrical installations [1995] No. 325 according to the requirements of Jizong [1986] No. 250 document of the State Development Planning Commission, the code for design of low voltage power distribution, which was jointly revised by the former Ministry of machinery and electronics industry and the departments with self-locking characteristics, has been jointly reviewed by relevant departments. Now, the code for design of low voltage power distribution gb50054-95 is approved as a mandatory national standard and will be implemented from June 1, 1996. The original national standard gbj54-83 "code for design of low voltage power distribution devices and circuits" shall be repealed at the same time. The specification is managed by the Ministry of machinery industry, and its specific interpretation and other work are in the charge of the China machinery and China Power Design and Research Institute, and the publication and distribution are organized by the Institute of standards and quotas of the Ministry of construction. The Ministry of construction of the people's Republic of China revised the specification on December 26th, 1995. This specification is based on the accounting synthesis [1986] of the State Planning Commission According to the requirements of Document No. 250, the former Ministry of machinery and electronics industry is responsible for the chief editor. Specifically, the former CEC design and Research Institute of the former Ministry of machinery and electronics industry, together with relevant units, revised the code for design of low voltage distribution devices and circuits (gbj54-83). In the process of revision, the specification team conducted extensive investigation and research, carefully summarized the experience since the implementation of the specification, absorbed some scientific research achievements, widely solicited the opinions of relevant units across the country, and finally reviewed and finalized the draft by our ministry in conjunction with relevant departments. The main content of this revision is to move closer to the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) standards. In the protection of distribution lines, in order to prevent personal indirect electric shock, electrical line damage and electrical fire, the International Electrotechnical standards have been fully adopted. The layout of distribution equipment has also been revised with reference to the International Electrotechnical standards. The safety measures for the determination parameters of the test performance of automotive brake linings have also been revised with reference to the International Electrotechnical standards, and the cable bridge has been added in the road laying The provisions on the design of cable shafts and the relevant provisions have been supplemented and modified due to the renewal and replacement of electrical products. In the process of implementation of this specification, if you find that it needs to be modified and supplemented, please send your comments and relevant materials to the China machinery and China Electronics Design and Research Institute of the Ministry of machinery industry (address: No. 1 Lianhua River Hutong outside Guang'an gate, Beijing; postal code: 100055), and send a copy to the industry development department of the Ministry of machinery industry for reference in future revisions. This specification is formulated to ensure personal safety, reliable power distribution, qualified power quality, energy conservation, advanced technology, economic rationality and convenient installation and maintenance. Article 1.0.2 This specification is applicable to the design of AC and low-voltage power distribution with power frequency below 500V in new and expansion projects. Article 1.0.3 the low-voltage distribution design should save non-ferrous metals and reasonably select copper aluminum conductors. Article 1.0.4 in addition to this specification, the design of low-voltage distribution shall also comply with the provisions of the current national standards and specifications. Chapter II selection of electrical appliances and conductors section 1 Selection of electrical appliances article 2.1.1 the electrical appliances selected in the design of low-voltage distribution shall comply with the current relevant national standards and shall meet the following requirements. 1、 The rated voltage of the appliance shall be compatible with the nominal voltage of the circuit; 2、 The rated current of the appliance shall not be less than the calculated current of the circuit; 3、 The rated frequency of the appliance should be compatible with the frequency of the circuit; 4、 Electrical appliances should adapt to the environmental conditions of the place where they are located; 5、 The electrical apparatus shall meet the requirements of dynamic stability and thermal stability under short-circuit conditions. Electrical appliances used to disconnect short-circuit current shall meet the making and breaking capacity under short-circuit conditions. Article 2.1.2 the effective value of the periodic component of the expected short-circuit current at the installation shall be used to calculate the making and breaking capacity of the checking appliance under short-circuit conditions. When the sum of the rated current of the motor connected near the short-circuit point exceeds 1% of the short-circuit current, the influence of the motor feedback current shall be included. Article 2.1.3 when it is necessary to disconnect the power supply for maintenance, testing and overhaul equipment, isolating appliances shall be set. Article 2.1.4 the circuit of the isolating appliance shall be isolated from the live part. When the misoperation of the isolating appliance will cause serious accidents, measures to prevent misoperation shall be taken. Article 2.1.5 disconnectors should adopt switches that disconnect all poles of the power supply at the same time or single pole switches close to each other. Article 2.1.6 the following electrical appliances can be used for isolation: 1. Single pole or multi pole isolation
