Scaffold installation specification
(I) scaffold classification
scaffold is a temporary structural frame for loading, stacking and construction operations set up for building construction or installation construction
1. According to the materials used: it is divided into wood scaffold, steel scaffold and rope ladder
2. According to whether it can be moved: it is divided into mobile scaffold and fixed scaffold
3. According to the nature of Construction: it is divided into construction scaffold and installation scaffold
4. It can be divided into
(1) single row scaffold (single row scaffold): a scaffold with only one row of vertical rods and one end of the horizontal rod resting on the wall
(2) double row scaffold (double row scaffold): a scaffold composed of inner and outer rows of vertical rods and horizontal rods
(3) structural scaffold: scaffold used for masonry and structural engineering construction
(4) decoration scaffold: scaffold used for decoration engineering construction
(4) cantilever scaffold: scaffold that should be used for equipment installation or overhauling
(6) formwork support: a scaffold made of scaffold materials used to support the formwork
5. Divided into
(1) open scaffolding: Scaffolding with only handrails and toe boards on the operation layer and no other shielding facilities
(2) partially enclosed scaffold: scaffold with a covered area of less than 30%
(3) semi enclosed scaffold: scaffold with a sheltered area accounting for 30% - 70%
(4) fully enclosed scaffold: a scaffold enclosed along the full length and height of the outer side of the scaffold
(5) open type scaffold: scaffold set along the non intersecting circle around the building
(6) enclosed scaffold: scaffold set up along the edge of the innovative ecosystem around the building
6. Other
(1) mobile hanging ladders and hanging baskets: movable fixed ladders or hanging baskets, generally with hooks or slideways on the top, hung on solid parts
(2) rope ladder: the cross bar is made of short wooden sticks or steel pipes, and the rope is tied to the cross bar. When it is used, it is fixed on the top. It is often used in the maintenance of catalytic flue, inclined pipe, reactor, regenerator, etc
(II) connectors and gaskets
1 Fasteners: Fasteners fastened with bolts
2. Right angle fastener: fastener used for connection between vertical cross members
3. Rotating fastener: fastener used for connection between parallel or oblique members
4. Butt fastener: fastener used for butt connection of rod
5. Anti slip fasteners: fasteners for non connecting purposes added according to anti slip requirements
6. Wall piece: a component connecting scaffold and building
7. Rigid wall connecting parts: wall connecting parts composed of steel pipes, fasteners or embedded parts
8. Flexible wall connecting piece: it is a wall connecting piece made of Ferrograph after particles are firmly attached to the negative film with fixing liquid, and steel bars are used as tie bars
9. Base: a cushion set at the bottom of the upright
10. Fixed base: the base that cannot adjust the height of the support pad
12. Base plate: the supporting plate under the base
(III) member name
1 Vertical pole: the vertical pole in the scaffold that is perpendicular to the horizontal plane
2. External pole: the emergency stop switch in the double row scaffold is the pole on the side of the wall that is used in an emergency when the machine is abnormal, or the pole of a single row scaffold
3. Inner pole: the pole close to the wall in the double row scaffold
4. Corner pole: a vertical pole located at the corner of the scaffold
5. Double pipe upright: two upright poles close to each other side by side
6. Main vertical pole: the vertical pole directly bearing the top load in the double pipe vertical pole
7. Auxiliary vertical pole: the vertical pole that shares the load of the main vertical pole in the double pipe vertical pole
8. Horizontal bar: horizontal bar in scaffold
9. Longitudinal horizontal bar: a horizontal bar set longitudinally along the scaffold
10. Horizontal bar: a horizontal bar set horizontally along the scaffold
11. Sweeping rod: a horizontal rod close to the ground and connected to the root of the upright
12. Longitudinal sweeping rod: a sweeping rod set longitudinally along the scaffold
13. Horizontal sweeping rod: a sweeping rod set horizontally along the scaffold
14. Horizontal diagonal brace: a diagonal bar that is oblique to the inner and outer vertical bars or horizontal bars of the double row scaffold in a zigzag shape
15. Diagonal bracing: cross diagonal bars set in pairs on the outer side of the scaffold
16. Throwing support: a member inclined to the outer side of the scaffold
(IV) measurement name
1 Spacing of wall connecting parts: the distance between adjacent wall connecting parts of scaffold
2. Vertical distance of wall connecting parts: the vertical distance between the upper and lower adjacent wall connecting parts
3. Horizontal distance of wall connecting parts: the vertical distance between left and right adjacent wall connecting parts
4. Scaffold height: the vertical distance between the lower skin of the self-supporting pole base and the upper skin of the railing on the top of the scaffold
5. Scaffold length: the horizontal distance between the outer skins of the vertical poles at both longitudinal ends of the scaffold
6. Scaffold width: the horizontal distance between the outer skin of the vertical pole on both sides of the horizontal direction of the double row scaffold, and the distance from the outer skin of the external vertical pole to the wall surface of the single row scaffold
7. Pole step distance (step): the distance between the axes of the upper and lower horizontal poles
8. Pole spacing: the axis distance between adjacent poles of scaffold
9. Vertical distance (span): the longitudinal distance between the vertical poles of the scaffold
10. Horizontal distance between poles: the horizontal distance between the poles of the scaffold, and the distance from the axis of the outer pole to the wall of a single row of scaffold
11. Main node: the fastening point close to the vertical pole, longitudinal horizontal pole and transverse horizontal pole
12. Operation layer: the scaffold planking layer for people to work
