On the premise of ensuring that the power performance of the sample vehicle is not reduced, the comprehensive fuel consumption of the sample vehicle for 100 kilometers is reduced by 8.8%; At the same time, a hierarchical control scheme for reducing engine speed and engine power is developed for the upper power transmission system. Under the working conditions of 10t and 20t lifting weight of the sample vehicle, the fuel consumption is reduced by 11.5% and 15.2% respectively. Most of the users have already realized that after the improvement scheme for getting off the train is fully implemented, it is estimated that the users can save up to 18gb3142.2 million yuan in fuel cost every year

the project has achieved the expected goal and formed a set of matching and optimization method and process for power transmission system of truck crane. The power transmission system matching technology, engine power hierarchical control technology and power transmission system simulation technology produced by the project can be applied to the design and optimization of other construction machinery products
